QUICK TIPS FOR HELMET FITTING

Level, Buckled and Snug

  • The helmet should be level on your head, not tilted back or sideways.
  • The fitting pads inside your helmet should touch your head all the way around.
  • The chin strap should be buckled and comfortably snug.
  • With the strap fastened, you should not be able to remove the helmet with any combination of twisting and tugging.
  • The helmet should not bump on your glasses or sunglasses in the front.

Your helmet should be comfortable enough that after only a few minutes, you forget it's on your head.
